At Hope Waukee’s Preschool, our program incorporates active learning with knowledgeable teachers and friends in a fun, Jesus-filled environment. Our preschool teaches children about Jesus and his never-ending love for each of us. We encourage children as they experience the rewards of making a friend, and the joy of being one!

2-year-old preschool:
Monday & Wednesday at 9:00-11:30 am
Tuesday & Thursday at 9:00-11:30 am
3-year-old preschool:
Monday & Wednesday at 9:00-11:30 am
Tuesday & Thursday at 9:00-11:30 am
Monday/Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30-3:00 pm
Pre-K:
Monday-Thursday (half day) at 9:00-11:30 am or 12:30-3:00 pm
Monday-Thursday (full day) at 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Transitional kindergarten:
Monday-Thursday at 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
About the Program
It is our desire for your child to grow and learn through play, so we provide fun supplies and activities to engage children’s interests. Hope Waukee Preschool is a fun and safe place to learn from high-quality teachers about the love of Jesus Christ with activities chosen to encourage exploration, independence and creative thinking.
Preschool Calendar
The preschool program at Lutheran Church of Hope runs from the first day after Labor Day until mid-May. There is a family event in November, a Christmas program for the entire family and a heart-felt graduation ceremony for our pre-k and transitional kindergarten kids in the spring.
